The inspiration for the “Home On The Range” series of wildlife paintings comes
from the beautiful rangelands that surround my home, along with my continued
observation of the connection between animals and humans. Each species of animal has
their own distinct natural ability to trust their instinct and truly live their life in the moment. The lyrics to “Home on the Range” exemplifies all my beliefs ~
“Oh, give me a home, where the buffalo roam, where the deer and the antelope play.
Where seldom is heard, a discouraging word and the skies are not cloudy all day.”
