How To Order and Order Processing

All prices are in Canadian dollars.
International Customers are responsible for any and all Duties and or Taxes on export shipments out of Canada. All questions regarding duty and taxes should be directed to the customs office of the country in which the shipment will be delivered.

There are 2 ways to order artwork ~ Online and Mail.

Online
Customers can order online through this website. When you are ready to proceed to your checkout, you will be taken to the PayPal website for your safe and secure online payment processing. Your financial information is NEVER seen by us. You can pay with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or with your PayPal account. To view more information about PayPal, view the PayPal website. After your transaction is complete, you will return to our website. Once payment has been received, the order will be processed immediately and shipped within 3-4 business days.
Mail
If you would like to order artwork by mail, please print and complete this Mail Order Form. We do not accept cash payment through the mail. Please enclose your personal cheque and mail it to:

Once the cheque has been received, it will be endorsed prior to order processing. Once the cheque has cleared, the order will be processed immediately and shipped within 3-4 business days.

Shipping and Handling
We use Canada Post Regular Parcel post for all orders that are shipped through the mail. Our parcels are packed with the utmost respect for the environment and we encourage our customers to recycle our packaging as much as possible. We aim to use no plastic in our packaging.
We offer FREE shipping and handling on purchases of $100 or more (before tax, if applicable). We use Canada Post Regular Post for our shipping service. If you would like faster service than Canada Post Regular Post, please contact us and we can work with you to find the best solution for your needs. We use Canada Post Xpresspost™ and Priority Courier™.
Once your order has been mailed, we will contact you with your shipment date, tracking number, and approximate delivery date. Your order can be tracked on the Canada Post website.
Taxes
Saskatchewan residents are charged 5% PST.
We do not charge GST.

Returns
Please contact us prior to returning any item. If you decide to return your order, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Returned goods must be in perfect, unused condition and must be made within 14 days of purchase. We will refund or exchange the returned merchandise after we have inspected it, providing the item(s) returned has not been tampered with and that it is suitable for resale. Once received, returns take approximately 7-10 business days to process.
